BDC has been appointed by Team Projects (formerly ISE) to provide Temporary Works design services and to assess the site constraints, construction methodology, and proposed works for the expansion and modernisation of an existing 6-storey office building.
The project involved a comprehensive renovation, which includes reconfiguring the internal floor layouts to accommodate updated office requirements. In addition, adjustments were made to the stair locations to improve accessibility and optimise the flow between floors. The modernisation efforts will also focus on upgrading building systems and enhancing the overall functionality and aesthetic of the space. BDC worked closely with the project team to ensure that the temporary works design supports the construction process while addressing the site’s challenges, such as structural constraints and limited access.
