BDC has been appointed by ISE to provide Temporary Works design and assess the site constraints, construction methodology, and proposed works.

The 94a Horseferry Road project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing property in Westminster, London. The scope of work included asbestos removal, significant structural alterations, an extension to the rear façade, and the installation of new weatherproofing for the roof.

The property was completely reconfigured to provide the client with a fully furnished 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home, featuring five en-suites, a ground-floor WC, three lounge rooms, two store rooms, a home office, an open-plan kitchen-dining area, a balcony terrace, a new staircase, new tilt-and-turn sash windows throughout, and a new landscaping scheme.
