Phil has a wide range of experience delivering projects including residential, mixed-use and industrial development, urban regeneration, large-scale data centres and highway / public realm in diverse geographic locations across the UK, Europe, and Canada.
Phil leads the civil engineering team, supporting staff in their professional development and driving efficiency in design to deliver projects to a high standard.
He is able to identify constraints and develop efficient cost-effective technical solutions for clients in challenging project conditions.
Understanding client needs and identifying the requirements of the project is an important part of Phil’s approach to delivering the best solutions for each project.
